Sundance Autumn's Augestine UT I
Augie is an outstanding product of the Sundance line. He is a strong solid male with a can do attitude. He covers the field well and sticks his points with striking style. Augie has been hunted on a variety of upland birds including Prairie Chickens, Sharptail Grouse, Pheasants, Hungarian Partridge, Quail, Rough Grouse and Woodcock. He has also made himself comfortable in the duck blind retrieving a variety of puddle ducks. No matter the task he is up for making memories. We have hunted throughout the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wisconsin and Minnesota. His work ethic along with his natural ability make him a pleasure to have as a hunting partner. Augie has been blessed with a natural retrieve so force fetching was not required. He has also backed naturally from puppyhood. Augie is truly a joy to be around.

Shay is a double granddaughter of Jacob vd Westwind – out of Dan vom Stillwater and Sundance Flatlands Princess. Shay was an early developer – a very natural dog – strong pointing instinct, easy to train. Her most outstanding quality is likely her exceptional nose – proven time and time again. Natural retriever and backer. High drive in water. She has very high prey drive and covers a lot a ground but remains aware of where you area and hunts for the gun. Her coat is very dense and bite is good. Shay has been on quail in Missouri, quail and pheasant in Kansas, Sharptail grouse, Hungarian partridge, and pheasant in Montana and South Dakota.
